Equipment Needed

Essentials

  • Olympic barbell (20kg / 44lb)

  • 9‑inch weight plates (preferably rubberised/bumper plates but can be cast iron)

Ideal Extras

  • Bench (flat or adjustable)

  • Squat or power rack

  • Pull‑up bar or gymnastic rings

Nice to Have

  • Dumbbells or kettlebells

  • Lat pulldown machine

  • Rowing machine, bike, or other cardio equipment

  • EZ bar

You can complete the entire program with just a barbell and plates.

Everything else simply expands your options.
