Using the same approach I use with my in‑person clients, I guide you step‑by‑step from complete beginner to confident lifter — focusing on technique, understanding, and steady progress.
You’ll build strength, fitness, and confidence using just a barbell and weight plates. A bench and rack are helpful, but not essential.
